Jeel Raval was born in Mumbai, India. She pursued her bachelor of Science in Physics from Ramnarain Ruia College. Further, Jeel pursued Master of Sicence in Physics from VIT University ,Vellore and finished her master thesis from TIFR, Mumbai. She has been a merit scholarship holder at VIT University. After completing her masters in 2017, Jeel Raval has joined NaMeS project as a PhD student under supervision of Prof. Wojciech Gozdz in the group of Complex Systems, and she is working on lateral distribution of components in biological membranes.
