Yu-Ting Kao majored in Aeronautic and Astronautic Engineering and minored in Life Sciences when doing bachelor and following obtained her master degree in biomedical engineering in Taiwan where she born. She then won an Erasmus Mundus scholarship so she finished her second and third master degrees in Physics and Chemistry, respectively, in France and Spain. Her main research interest now focuses on microfluidic technology on biomedical applications.
