11th Liquid Matter Conference 2020/2021

Horacio Serna and Carolina Cruz Cardona, NaMeS Ph.D. students, attended the 11th Liquid Matter Conference organized jointly by the Czech Academy of Sciences and J. E. Purkinje University under the auspices of the European Physical Society. Due to the pandemic situation, the conference was held online from Prague, Czech Republic. During the event, various sessions were held on the topics of liquids in confinement, colloidal matter, solid-liquid interfaces, and active matter. During the poster session, Horacio Serna presented poster entitled: “Effects of confinement on colloids with competing interactions” and Carolina Cruz Cardona presented poster titled: "Electrical Double Layers Close to Ionic Liquid-Solvent Phase Transitions"
