Global Young Scientists Summit (GYSS) 2019

Nabila Yasmeen participated in the Global Young Scientists Summit (GYSS) 2019, organized by National Research Foundation, Singapore in Nanyang Technological University from 21th -26th January, 2019. The main objective of the Summit was to engage young scientists to pursue their scientific dreams through close interactions with distinguished scientists and researchers, and with peers. The Summit provided a platform for conversations on science and research, technology innovation and society, and solutions to global challenges. It was a multi-disciplinary Summit where ‘Nobel Laureates’, ‘Millennium technology’ and ‘Field medal’ awards winners tried to put the attention of young researchers towards the importance of creating new technologies and in advancing science for the better world. Moreover, after visiting to the  research and technological departments of few renowned Singapore universities, Nabila have also got many new ideas for improving her research in the future. Overall, this experience gave her a new approach to her scientific journey.
