Method of obtaining metal nanoparticles and metal nanoparticles

The invention describes a simple green method of synthesis of silver (Ag) nanocomposites using brewery wastes from two different stages of the brewing process. Herein the mentioned wastes are not being industrially utilized. Depending on the waste type and synthesis temperature, and time, the nanocomposites consist of aggregated Ag3PO4, AgCl, and Ag nanoparticles in various quantities. The nanocrystallites size is about 12.5- 28.9 nm for Ag3PO4, 6.4- 27.1 nm for AgCl, and 4.3- 9.5 nm for Ag.  The size of aggregates is around 20- 310 nm.
