New York Academy of Sciences NYAS organized a symposium and poster presentation session titled New Therapeutic Strategies to Combat Antibacterial Resistance. There were three sessions in which implications of antimicrobial resistance, advent of new therapeutic era and host-pathogen interaction were discussed.

Natalia Olejnik, participated in the Xth Symposium onNuclear Magnetic Resonance In Chemistry, Physics And Biological Sciences, organized at Institute of Organic Chemistry PAS. She attended in this symposium due to her growing interest in NMR, resulting from spectroscopic part of her PhD project.
ANNIC 2018
4th edition of Applied Nanotechnology and Nanoscience International Conference was organized this year in Berlin and chaired by Prof. Nicola Pinna from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. The conference gathered around 300 attendees including many plenary and invited speakers in various fields in nanoscience and nanotechnology.
18th International Seminar of PhD Students
Rashmi Runjhun, attended the “18th International Seminar of PhD Students on Organometallic and Coordination Chemistry” held at Świeradów-Zdrój, Poland. The Seminar included talks from distinguished professors as well as oral presentations of PhD students from different countries.
E-MRS 2018
Viknasvarri Ayerdurai, NaMeS PhD student, paricipated in the European Materials Research Society fall meeting. The conference was held at the Warsaw University of Technology. The conference was accompanied by exhibitions and technical sessions.
19th International Microscopy Congress-IMC19
Ying Zhou, NaMeS PhD students, attended the “19th International Microscopy Congress” organized by Australian Microscopy & Microanalysis Society and IFSM. The conference is a feast in the field of microscopy and it is held every four-year. During the congress, hundreds of speeches were delivered, topics varied from life sciences, physical sciences to instrumentation and techniques.
